Please note that return for the product is inapplicable as it is showing malfunctioning but since the webcam is working without any such issues on Mac OS X. I’m sorry to hear you’ve had such a hard time with the device but here's what we could do. I would be very keen to hear from others if they have any more success But the streamcam is basically useless with this at the moment, and they are offering to swap it for another camera but I don't see why the outcome will be different. I have a high spec, new, 2020 ThinkPad X1 Yoga, with Windows 10 and so that should be pretty standard setup. The fixes they suggested have not worked, and they now suggest I should test it with other computers. They say that because the camera works on my Mac but not on my Windows 10 system, the camera is fine. This is what I was told by Logitech - basically, if StreamCam doesn't work with my laptop, I need to use a different laptop! the problem can't be with Streamcam! I am afraid I am not having any success at all. While it is great that Logitech support are offering to speak to each person separately, I have no idea if anyone is having any success in getting this fixed.
